Gloria Shulman did not enter an established industry. She helped build it. One of the first female mortgage brokers in Los Angeles, Gloria founded Centek Capital Group and Crestview Financial, building the first firm in this space to reach a billion dollars in sales. Across 40+ years, she has personally funded more than 200,000 loans, setting the pace for what professional mortgage brokerage looks like in one of the most demanding real estate markets in the world.
